SIENOX SIE-HF5L 3D Powder Mixer comes with a standard 5L vessel (max processing volume 4500ML, load ≤9KG), adjustable speed from 20 to 60rpm. Microcomputer control with touchscreen operation; forward & reverse dual processes adjustable from 0 to 50 minutes, storing up to 10 recipes. Machine dimension 560×780×520mm, net weight 67kg, suitable for small & medium batch production and frequent material changeover.

Non-contact mixing throughout the process lowers material contamination risks, suitable for common lab materials including phosphor powder, epoxy resin, ceramic slurry and photosensitive resin.

Working Principle

Materials are uniformly mixed via multi-dimensional rotation, translation and inversion inside a fully sealed vessel.

Step 1: 3D Motion in Sealed Vessel
Driven by the driving shaft, materials tumble and swing rapidly inside the sealed vessel, moving circumferentially, radially and axially. The sealed design prevents dust leakage for clean operation.

Step 2: Uniform Diffusion via Multi-directional Flow
Multiple materials flow, diffuse, accumulate and blend during 3D movement. Materials of different specific gravities and particle sizes get fully contacted and mixed for dead-zone-free homogeneity.

Step 3: Timed Stop & Auto Homing
The machine stops automatically at preset time and returns to origin to ensure consistent discharge position. Dust-free operation, easy cleaning, shorter mixing time and superior results.
