Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?
Residual micro‑bubbles in materials directly affect finished‑product yield and performance
Chemical IndustryBubbles in chemical slurries, resin castings and chemical intermediates cause curing voids, reduced mechanical strength and altered reaction rates. Since chemical materials are temperature‑sensitive, temperature‑controlled mixing‑defoamer completes mixing and degassing within proper temperature windows. | Opto‑Silicone IndustryBubbles in silicone rubber mixtures, thermal conductive greases and silicone resins create post‑vulcanization voids, thermal powder agglomeration and reduced coating adhesion. Silicone vulcanization is temperature‑dependent; temperature‑controlled defoamer removes bubbles while regulating curing temperature. | 3D Printing IndustryBubbles in photosensitive resins, ceramic slurries and functional inks trigger printing layer defects, forming voids and discontinuous ink output. Viscosity of 3D‑printing materials directly determines printing accuracy. Temperature‑controlled mixing‑defoamer maintains suitable viscosity for effective degassing. |
✨ Traditional defoaming limitations: manual mixing entraps air, static degassing consumes excessive time, and conventional vacuum only eliminates surface bubbles, failing to remove internal micro‑bubbles effectively. Standard equipment lacks temperature‑control function, and heating may degrade heat‑sensitive materials. The temperature‑controlled planetary mixing solution separates bubbles during centrifugal mixing, combined with vacuum negative pressure and precise thermal regulation, to accomplish mixing, temperature adjustment and defoaming in one step.
Why Choose SIE‑MIX1000WK
Three Core Features Cover Full Workflow of Temperature‑Controlled Vacuum Mixing‑Defoaming
Large‑Capacity Dual‑Cup Temperature‑Controlled Pilot Production Platform1000 mL dual‑cup configuration with 100‑2000rpm wide‑range speed; fixed speed ratio guarantees batch consistency to meet pilot‑scale scale‑up and small‑batch production demands. Dual‑mode temperature control delivers precise thermal regulation: heating reduces viscosity and accelerates powder dispersion; cooling suppresses thermal degradation and controls exothermic reactions. One unit covers two process scenarios. | Combined Defoaming With Vacuum Negative Pressure & Temperature ControlStandard ‑98 kPa vacuum system. Negative pressure reduces pressure difference to expand and release deep‑seated micro‑bubbles. Vacuum works in synergy with temperature control: heating lowers viscosity for easier bubble release; vacuum compensates defoaming efficiency drop under cooling conditions to maintain stable defoaming performance across various temperatures. | Traceable Temperature‑Control Data for 100 Recipe SetsTouch screen supports storage of up to 100 recipe sets, fully recording speed, vacuum level, temperature parameters and runtime for convenient batch‑data traceability. Programmed operation reduces manual errors. Optional MES network connection enables industrial data interconnection. 165 kg sturdy frame ensures reliable long‑term operation. |
✨ MIX1000WK is suitable for pilot‑scale production and temperature‑controlled vacuum defoaming of temperature‑sensitive materials such as chemicals, silicones and 3D‑printing materials.
Working Principle
Synchronized dual‑power operation of revolution and rotation, combined with deep vacuum defoaming and precise temperature control, achieves one‑step mixing, temperature regulation and defoaming.
Step 1: Centrifugal Force from Revolution The rotary plate spins at high speed and generates strong centrifugal force for materials inside the container, driving full convection to achieve macro mixing. Meanwhile, centrifugal force pushes low-density bubbles toward the rotating axis to gather and escape. Step 2: Shear Force from Rotation The container rotates around its own axis to produce directional shear force, breaking agglomerated particles for micro dispersion. Shear force also thins bubble membranes and accelerates bubble rupture. Step 3: Speed Ratio Adjustment for Optimized Performance The speed ratio between revolution and rotation can be freely adjusted according to material properties. Higher revolution ratio strengthens centrifugal defoaming for high-viscosity materials; higher rotation ratio enhances shear dispersion for easily agglomerated materials. Tuning the speed ratio balances mixing and defoaming performance. Revolution and rotation run synchronously. Materials complete the full workflow of "Mixing → Dispersion → Defoaming" inside the sealed container. Adjustable speed ratio enables one machine to fit multiple material processes without purchasing extra equipment. | ![]() |
