Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?

Residual micro‑bubbles in materials directly compromise test‑data accuracy and research‑conclusion reliability.

University & Lab Research

Bubbles introduced during mixing impair product purity and structure in new‑material synthesis. In polymer research, bubbles create internal voids and skew mechanical test data. For nanomaterial dispersion, bubbles trap agglomerated particles and distort evaluation results, undermining research reliability.

Biopharma R&D

Micro‑bubbles in diagnostic reagents cause concentration deviations and unstable test repeatability. Bubbles in sustained‑release drugs lead to uneven dosage and distorted release‑curve measurement. Poor dispersion of vaccine adjuvants biases immune‑effect assessment and delays R&D progress.

Fine Chemical R&D

Bubbles trigger pinholes and orange‑peel defects in coating formulation tests. Trapped pigment agglomerates cause color deviation and reduced tinting strength. In adhesive development, mixing bubbles lower bonding‑strength readings and result in wrong formula judgements.

✨ Limitations of conventional methods: Manual/impeller stirring draws extra air bubbles; static degassing is slow and inefficient. Professional contact‑free planetary mixers‑degassers separate bubbles by centrifugal force for consistent, repeatable lab test data.

Why Choose the SIE-SV200

Three Core Advantages for Lab‑scale R&D

Compact Bench‑top Lab‑Oriented Design

Needs no extra space and sits directly on lab benches. The 200 mL capacity fits regular lab sampling to avoid material waste. Single‑cup structure enables easy loading/unloading for frequent researcher operations.

Gear‑Driven for Repeatable Test Data

High‑efficiency precision gear drive delivers stable, accurate speed ratio with low noise & vibration and low maintenance. Consistent mixing‑degassing parameters ensure repeatable experimental results critical for R&D. Fault indicator alerts abnormalities to secure continuous tests.

Multi‑Segment Programming for Complex Processes

Stores 100 programs with 3‑step independent time & speed settings. Pre‑set variable‑speed profiles simulate production‑grade stepped processes for complex‑material tests. User permission management supports multi‑user lab scenarios for standardized parameter control.

✨ The SIE-SV200 integrates compact bench‑top layout, gear‑driven mixing and multi‑segment programming. Optimized for space saving, reliable repeatable data and flexible processes, it fully meets lab R&D and sample‑testing requirements.

Working Principle

Synchronized dual‑drive revolution‑rotation ensures consistent experimental conditions for every test.

Step 1: Centrifugal force from revolution
The revolving plate rotates at high speed, generating strong centrifugal force for materials inside the container to trigger full convection and achieve macro mixing. Meanwhile, bubbles of lower density migrate toward the rotation axis under centrifugal force and converge for release.

Step 2: Shear force from rotation
The container spins around its own axis to generate directional shear force, breaking up agglomerated particles for micro dispersion. Gear transmission ensures precise and stable revolution‑rotation speed ratio for efficient full-range mixing. The shear force also thins bubble membranes and accelerates bubble rupture.

Revolution and rotation run simultaneously. Materials complete the full cycle of "Mixing → Dispersion → Defoaming" inside the sealed container. Constant speed ratio maintained by gear transmission guarantees consistency and repeatability of test data across batches.
