Key Features of Fully Automatic Dispensing Machine:
1. Simple operation, can be programmed on-site using a teach pendant or programmed on a computer using CAD, CORELDRAW, and other application software and then downloaded to the machine.
2. High precision, uniform glue spraying surface without any issues of excess or dead glue.
3. Precise positioning and accurate glue control, without trailing, leaking, or dripping glue.
4. Four-axis linkage allows dispensing, coating, and spraying on three-dimensional, inclined, and curved surfaces in addition to front-to-back and left-to-right movements.
5. Capable of rapid dotting, line drawing, circle drawing, and spraying various irregular shapes on product surfaces, outer walls, vertical surfaces, and gaps.
6. Transmission mode: synchronous belt + guide rail control.
