Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?
Residual micro‑bubbles in materials directly affect finished‑product yield and performance
Electronics IndustryBubbles in electronic encapsulant, conductive silver paste and bonding adhesive cause encapsulation voids, circuit breakpoints and bonding defects, impairing heat dissipation, insulation and product yield. Most electronic encapsulants are medium‑to‑high viscosity materials. Heating reduces viscosity to improve flowability, yet excessive temperature alters curing properties. Temperature‑controlled defoaming is critical to balance efficiency and material safety. | Polyurethane IndustryBubbles in polyurethane casting compound, foaming slurry and elastomer prepolymer lead to surface defects after curing, irregular foaming structure and inconsistent elasticity. Polyurethane curing is exothermic; temperature rise accelerates reaction and aggravates bubble generation. Temperature‑controlled mixing‑defoaming removes bubbles while regulating temperature. | Ink & Coating IndustryBubbles in industrial ink, coating and UV‑curable ink cause printing pinholes, color deviation and reduced film adhesion. Viscosity of ink and coating varies significantly with temperature. Temperature‑controlled mixing‑defoaming completes defoaming while keeping materials within proper viscosity range. |
✨ Traditional defoaming challenges: manual mixing entraps air, static defoaming consumes long time, and ordinary vacuum only eliminates surface bubbles, failing to remove internal micro‑bubbles effectively. Conventional devices lack temperature‑control function, and heating tends to degrade heat‑sensitive materials. The temperature‑controlled planetary mixing solution separates bubbles while mixing by centrifugal force. Combined with vacuum negative pressure and precise temperature control, it accomplishes mixing, temperature regulation and defoaming in one single step.
Why Choose SIE‑MIX650WK
Three Core Features Cover Full Workflow of Temperature‑Controlled Vacuum Mixing‑Defoaming
Maintenance‑free Built‑in Vacuum with Synergistic Temperature‑controlled DefoamingMIX650WK is equipped with built‑in vacuum unit for maintenance‑free and contamination‑free operation, suitable for clean‑room application. Vacuum degree adjustable from ‑98 kPa to 0 kPa, cooperating with dual‑mode temperature control: bubbles are easier to discharge after viscosity reduction by heating; vacuum negative pressure compensates defoaming efficiency during cooling. Built‑in design eliminates external vacuum pump pipelines for plug‑and‑play operation. | 500 mL Medium‑capacity & Wide‑range Speed Regulation with Temperature Control500 mL dual‑cup configuration, 0‑2000 rpm wide‑range speed regulation adapts to pilot R&D and production sampling, covering low‑, medium‑ and high‑viscosity materials. Dual‑mode temperature control delivers precise temperature adjustment during speed variation. Heating reduces viscosity and accelerates powder dispersion; cooling inhibits thermal degradation and controls exothermic reactions. One unit covers two process scenarios. | Multi‑segment Programmable Temperature‑control Process EditingMicrocomputer control system supports storage of 10 programs, each with independent configurable time, speed and temperature‑control parameters for multiple segments. Features operation permission setting and fault display. Programmed operation reduces manual errors and ensures batch‑to‑batch temperature‑control consistency. Exclusive preset programs for different materials can be quickly recalled. |
✨ MIX650WK is applicable to pilot R&D and temperature-controlled vacuum defoaming of temperature-sensitive materials such as electronic encapsulation, polyurethane casting, inks and coatings.
Working Principle
Dual synchronous revolution and rotation power realizes one-step mixing and defoaming.
Step 1: Centrifugal Force from Revolution The rotary plate spins at high speed and generates strong centrifugal force for materials inside the container, driving full convection to achieve macro mixing. Meanwhile, centrifugal force pushes low-density bubbles toward the rotating axis to gather and escape. Step 2: Shear Force from Rotation The container rotates around its own axis to produce directional shear force, breaking agglomerated particles for micro dispersion. Shear force also thins bubble membranes and accelerates bubble rupture. Step 3: Speed Ratio Adjustment for Optimized Performance The speed ratio between revolution and rotation can be freely adjusted according to material properties. Higher revolution ratio strengthens centrifugal defoaming for high-viscosity materials; higher rotation ratio enhances shear dispersion for easily agglomerated materials. Tuning the speed ratio balances mixing and defoaming performance. Revolution and rotation run synchronously. Materials complete the full workflow of "Mixing → Dispersion → Defoaming" inside the sealed container. Adjustable speed ratio enables one machine to fit multiple material processes without purchasing extra equipment. | ![]() |
