Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?
Residual nano‑scale microbubbles in materials directly affect product yield and performance stability.
Chemical IndustryBubbles in chemical slurries, resin castings and intermediates cause curing voids, reduced mechanical strength and altered reaction rates. Temperature‑sensitive chemicals achieve synchronized mixing and defoaming within proper temperature window via thermal‑controlled mixing‑defoaming. | Silicone IndustryBubbles in silicone rubber mixtures, thermal greases and silicone resins create voids after vulcanization, powder agglomeration and poor coating adhesion. Temperature‑sensitive silicone vulcanization allows bubble removal while regulating curing temperature. | 3D Printing IndustryBubbles in photosensitive resins, ceramic slurries and functional inks trigger layer defects, forming voids and discontinuous ink output. Viscosity governs printing accuracy; temperature‑controlled mixing‑defoaming maintains proper viscosity for effective bubble removal. |
✨ Traditional defoaming bottlenecks: manual stirring entrains air; static degassing is time‑consuming; ordinary vacuum only removes surface bubbles, failing to eliminate internal microbubbles. Conventional devices lack temperature control; heating triggers thermal degradation of heat‑sensitive materials. The temperature‑controlled planetary mixing solution separates bubbles via centrifugal mixing, combined with vacuum and precise thermal regulation for one‑step mixing, temperature adjustment and defoaming.
Why Choose SIE‑MIX1000WK
Three core features cover full‑process temperature‑controlled vacuum mixing‑defoaming requirements.
Dual‑cup Large‑volume Temp‑controlled Production PlatformDual‑1000 mL cups, 100‑2000 rpm wide‑range speed adjustment. Fixed speed ratio ensures batch consistency for pilot‑scale and small‑batch production. Dual‑mode temperature control tunes viscosity by heating to boost powder dispersion, while cooling suppresses thermal degradation and exothermic reactions. One unit covers dual‑process scenarios. | Combined Vacuum‑pressure & Temperature DefoamingStandard‑98 kPa vacuum expands deep‑seated microbubbles for release via pressure difference. Vacuum cooperates with temperature control: heating lowers viscosity for easier bubble discharge; vacuum compensates defoaming efficiency under cooling, delivering stable performance across varied temperatures. | 100‑Recipe Storage & Traceable Thermal DataTouch screen stores 100 recipe sets, logging speed, vacuum level, temperature and runtime for batch traceability. Programmed operation reduces manual error. Optional MES connectivity supports industrial data integration. Robust 165 kg frame ensures long‑term stable operation. |
✨ MIX1000WK enables pilot‑production temperature‑controlled vacuum defoaming for chemical, silicone and 3D‑printing heat‑sensitive materials.
Working Principle
Synchronized revolution‑rotation dual‑drive, combined with deep vacuum defoaming and precise temperature control, realizes one‑step mixing, temperature regulation and defoaming.
Step 1: Centrifugal Force from Revolution High-speed rotation of the rotary plate generates centrifugal force to drive full convection of materials for macro mixing, and pushes bubbles toward the axis for escape. The temperature control system runs simultaneously to keep materials within target temperature range. Step 2: Shear Force from Rotation Container rotation produces shear force to break agglomerated particles for micro dispersion. Fixed speed ratio ensures efficient mixing across the whole chamber. Shear force thins bubble membranes to accelerate rupture. No stirring paddle contacts materials to reduce contamination risk. Step 3: Deep Defoaming under Vacuum Negative Pressure The vacuum system activates to form negative pressure, lowering pressure difference inside and outside bubbles so deep microbubbles expand and escape. -98kPa vacuum level adapts to materials of various viscosities; continuous gas extraction improves material density. Step 4: Precise Temperature Control for Material State The temperature control system works throughout the whole process, with normal-to-heating or normal-to-cooling modes available. Heating reduces viscosity to improve fluidity and speed up bubble removal; cooling suppresses thermal degradation and controls exothermic reactions. Temperature control runs synchronously with stirring and defoaming, no separate temperature adjustment procedure required. Inside the sealed container, materials go through the full workflow of "Mixing → Dispersion → Vacuum Defoaming → Temperature Adjustment", completing temperature-controlled vacuum stirring and defoaming in one step. | ![]() |
